Cost per space (6x10) will be $50.00 ($60 after 1 November). Applications will be taken up until the week of the craft fair if space is available. Each space will come with two chairs. Tables are available for $10 each, and electricity will be available for $5.00. Spaces will be assigned upon a first-come, first-served basis, based upon when your payment is received.
"Online applicants", you will receive an email with payment instructions.
"Print and mail applicants"please complete the 2nd and 3rd page, enclose payment made to Francis Howell High School Band Boosters, and a self-addressed stamped legal sized envelope for your confirmation letter. If you do not provide an envelope, please provide an email address so that you can receive a confirmation letter. No phone calls will be made. Return all forms to:
